Low Rider Bicycle Club

The mission of the PAL Lowrider Bike Program is to help kids find a sense of belonging and support both socially, artistically and academically. Students will receive weekly mentoring, academic support and community service, all while building custom bikes that they will earn upon graduating from high school.
